"Not really worth the price"
I felt like this was way overpriced for what I actually got. It didn’t seem terrible, but the quality made me question whether it should cost anywhere near this much.

Stopped in to grab some vinyl planks and had a smooth experience. One of the guys helped me load everything up, which made it way easier. The price was fair, checkout was quick, and I even managed to get back home and start the project the same day, so I’m calling that a small win.

It came a bit late, I think maybe a day or two after the original estimate — I can’t remember the exact date now. Not a huge deal, but I was expecting it a little sooner.

"I ordered a few flooring samples before..."
I ordered a few flooring samples before buying and also tried the room visualizer on the website. The visualizer wasn’t perfect, but it did help me get a decent idea of how the colors might look in my kitchen. The samples showed up quickly and matched the photos well enough. I’m taking off one star because the lighting in the visualizer felt a little off, but overall it was still helpful.

"A bit frustrating, but they did make it right"
A few of the planks showed up chipped, which was annoying right out of the box. I had to make a couple of calls to get it sorted, so the whole process felt slower than it should have. To be fair, they did replace the damaged pieces, but it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience. Not the worst customer service I’ve dealt with, but definitely not great either

The floors looked really nice for the first week, but dents and scratches started showing up way too easily. When I tried to ask about it, I felt like I was being passed around instead of getting a straight answer. Disappointing overall

"Pickup took longer than I expected and..."
Pickup took longer than I expected and got frustrating. I was waiting around for a while, and then the loading help was, well, it just felt slow and kind of all over the place. Not the worst experience ever, but it definitely could’ve been more organized.
"Really happy with how the floor turned out"
We had Lumber Liquidators install the floor in our living room, it came out really nice. The crew did show up a little later than we expected, but once they got started, they worked hard and got most of the mess cleaned up after. There were a couple corners that needed some extra attention, but they took care of it without making it a whole thing. The floor looks good, feels solid, and yeah, it’s not absolutely perfect-perfect, but I’m happy with it. I’d use them again.

I checked lumberliquidators.com before heading out and it said the flooring I needed was in stock at my local store, so I figured, okay, great, quick trip. Drove over there and… nope. They didn’t have any. Like, not just low stock or missing a box, but none at all.
The employee said the website is often behind, which, I mean, I get that stuff happens, but still. When you’re trying to plan a project and you’re basing it on what the site says, that’s frustrating. Just felt like a waste of time and gas for something that should’ve been accurate.

"Not as good as flooring I’ve used before"
I was disappointed with this flooring. The boards started warping way faster than I expected, and the finish looked kind of cheap once it was installed. Compared to other flooring I’ve bought in the past, this just didn’t hold up or look nearly as nice

i mean, the financing part was more frustrating than I expected. The payment options felt limited, and it made the whole process a bit of a hassle.

I had a question about my flooring order and, yeah, it took longer than I was thinking it would for someone to get back to me. They did eventually answer and helped get it figured out, so that part was fine, but I did have to send a follow-up first. Not awful or anything, just kind of average service in my experience.

I expected better. My warranty claim took forever, and every time I contacted support, someone passed me off to another person like it wasn’t their problem. Nobody ever gave me a straight answer, and after a while it really felt like whoever was handling my case was just hoping I’d get tired and give up. Super frustrating experience

"Left More Confused Than I Expected"
I stopped in with what I thought were basic questions about flooring and underlayment, but I left more confused than when I walked in. The staff didn’t seem totally sure, and I kept getting different answers depending on who I asked. One guy was polite enough, but another seemed annoyed, like I was interrupting his day. Weirdly, I remember there was a bright orange tape measure sitting on the counter the whole time, and I kept staring at it while trying to figure out whose advice to trust. The prices seemed okay, but the service and product knowledge just weren’t great.

Ordering went smoothly for me, but the communication wasn’t the best. I ended up having to call twice just to get an update on my order. To be fair, they did get back to me eventually, but I would’ve appreciated a quicker response. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just a little frustrating on the follow-up side

I went in ready to find the perfect flooring, like this was going to be the big home makeover moment. But the selection felt limited. Every time I spotted a style I actually liked, it was either missing or not available anywhere near me. It turned into way more of a letdown than I expected.

"Pretty straightforward site, though I had to do some digging"
I was poking around lumberliquidators.com looking at flooring options, most of it was easy to figure out. Prices, product details, and install notes were all right there, so I could compare a few options without feeling like I needed a decoder ring.
The only thing that felt a little suspicious, in that “why are they making me click three more times for this?” kind of way, was the stock and delivery timing info. Not a huge deal, but it did make me wonder if the details are tucked away on purpose so you keep browsing longer.
